Shipping times and options

We do our best to fill all orders within 7/10 business days from receipt of payment. We usually ship within a few days from the order (subject to receipt of payment), but it may take a bit longer from October to December.

All shipping is carried out using SDA, UPS or DHL express courier services and can be tracked. The tracking code will be sent by email as soon as it is available.

The courier makes two delivery attempts, after which the package is left in storage at the closest location available for collection. We therefore ask you to leave an address where there is always someone.

If the package is clearly damaged when it arrives, please do not accept the delivery or accept it subject to verification so that a complaint can be lodged if necessary. If the package is accepted subject to verification, please send us the photos showing both the condition of the package when closed and the damage inside.

For orders to be collected from the shop, once they are ready, they can be collected from Le Bancarelle di Elisa, Via Marconi 6, 12065 Monforte d’Alba (CN). We will send you an email to let you know when the products are ready to be collected at the e-mail address given when ordering.

Shipping rates in Italy

Shipping rates vary according to the weight of the package and will be calculated upon finalisation of the order; for orders over €150 they are free.
