Order dispatch times

We do our best to fill all orders within 7/10 business days from receipt of payment. We usually ship within a few days from the order (subject to receipt of payment), but it may take a bit longer from October to December.

How can I pay?

We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal.

Can you provide gift packaging?

Various types of gift packages that you can choose from are available at Christmastime. We do not provide gift packaging at other times of the year. If you want to send someone a gift directly, we can add a message for the recipient that we will put into the package (just write the message in the notes).

Is shipping free above a certain amount?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping at the moment. We are a very small company and couriers do not give us cut rates to allow us to absorb that cost. However, you should pool your orders if possible so that you can split the shipping costs; it is also the more environmentally friendly solution.
