Fonterosa company is located in the heart of Langhe, in the town of Serralunga d’Alba. Their compotes are produced respecting the seasonality of the raw materials, without the use of chemical additives or pesticides.
An imaginative blend of aromas and flavors, perfect for pairing with blue and medium-aged cheeses. Excellent with Grana, Gorgonzola, Raschera, Pecorino, Robiola, and Fontina, paired with meat, spread on bread for breakfast or as a snack, or in delicious tarts.
