I Tetti farm was founded in 1930 in Cerretto Langhe, in the heart of the Alta Langa. They only produce five varieties of honey, clearly unpasteurized.
It’s composed of the harvest obtained by visiting the thousand varieties of flowering plants present in the Alta Langa area. The flavor varies slightly depending on the time of year. When the color is lighter, the honey is sweeter and more delicate. When the color tends to darken it means that the bees have found chestnuts and honeydew in abundance to give a more decisive and energetic flavor.
