If the shipping packaging is damaged, the consumer must ACCEPT the package and note the damage on the waybill / transport document. In the event that one or more products are damaged or do not correspond to the order placed, the consumer, only if he has previously noted the damage on the waybill / transport document or has accepted subject to control, within 3 (three ) working days from delivery must inform Voerzio Elisa by e-mail at info@lebancarelledielisa.it, also providing documentation, including photographic documentation, relating to the damage or erroneous supply, the proof of which weighs on the consumer. Voerzio Elisa reserves the right to request the return shipment of damaged / erroneous goods at the expense of the consumer, shipment which must take place within 15 days of Voerzio Elisa’s request, under penalty of loss of the right to replacement or refund. Voerzio Elisa, having verified the existence of the damage or erroneous supply, at its own expense, no later than 30 days from the date of delivery or notification, will also replace the damaged / erroneous products or, if this is not the case. possible, to reimburse the consumer for their amount.
