Tajarin are a typical egg pasta from Langhe, more commonly known as tagliolini. Gluten free and bronze drawn. Specifically formulated for celiacs.
Enrich them with a hazelnut pesto: mix our Nocciola Spalmabile (hazelnut spread with no sugar) with a little cooking water, ricotta cheese or cream (even vegetable if you prefer), create a sauce and use it to season the tagliolini. You will bring to the table a unique and very original dish!
