I Tetti farm was founded in 1930 in Cerretto Langhe, in the heart of the Alta Langa. They only produce five varieties of honey, clearly unpasteurized.
Alta Langa is rich in wild cherry trees. During their flowering the bees collect the pollen and between April and June an aromatic honey is created with a hint of almonds and caramelized sugar.
