The Ardizzina Farm is located in the heart of Monferrato, Piedmont. Founded in the early 1900s, it is now run by the fourth generation.
On their 16 hectares of land, they grow rice, grains and legumes.
Ardizzina’s Carnaroli rice, grown exclusively from 100% Carnaroli variety seeds, comes from compatible and sustainable cultivation methods, following the tradition of small-scale producers. It is stone-milled by hand on their farm to preserve all its nutrients and original flavor.
Ingredients: classic Carnaroli rice 83%, chopped Piedmont hazelnuts 9.9%, vegetable broth extract 2.5% (iodized salt, soy and corn vegetable protein extract, dehydrated vegetables in varying proportions: potato, carrot, onion, garlic, parsley, celery, tomato, corn oil), sausage, bacon, dehydrated onion and garlic, black pepper in varying proportions.
