Fonterosa company is located in the heart of Langhe, in the town of Serralunga d’Alba. Their compotes are produced respecting the seasonality of the raw materials, without the use of chemical additives or pesticides.
In this compote the sweetness of figs combines with the intensity of Barolo wine, creating an explosive combination of flavors and aromas, ideal paired with cheeses and meats.
