It’s a delicate oil, rich in Vitamin E, Omega 3 and Omega 6, with a good percentage of flavonoids, which have an anti-inflammatory and antiviral action and phytosterols, substances considered important in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases. It’s also an excellent source of selenium, calcium, Vitamins B6, B1, B2 and PP.
To be used raw to enrich salads, dishes based on cheese, fish and meat tartare, grilled vegetables. Excellent on pasta and risotto. It can be mixed with EVO oil to give a delicate nutty note to your dishes.
